"I started in construction the old-school way — boots on the ground as an apprentice. Over time, my journey took me from military service to every corner of the industry: designer, assistant project manager, project manager, senior PM, and eventually Director of Construction.
No matter the job title or company, I kept seeing the same gap:
People were either highly educated but lacking real-world experience, or seasoned in the field but missing the project management theory that drives success behind the scenes. And even worse? Most companies weren’t investing in bridging that gap.
That’s where the idea for Launchpad Micro Learning came from.
